Volume 8: Denji and Power become friends, and they work together to stop the devil who is terrorizing the town. However, they soon find themselves in over their heads when they are attacked by a powerful devil known as the Katana Devil.

Volume 9: Denji and Power are rescued by Makima, but they are both injured in the fight. Makima takes them to the Public Safety Devil Hunters headquarters, where they are treated for their injuries.

Volume 10: Denji and Power are assigned to a new team, and they are sent on a mission to investigate a devil who is kidnapping children. They soon discover that the devil is actually a young boy named Aki Hayakawa.

Volume 11: Denji, Power, and Aki become friends, and they work together to stop the devil who is kidnapping children. However, they soon find themselves in over their heads when they are attacked by a powerful devil known as the Angel Devil.
